Should i GET A GUARDIAN OF ITEM FOR MY PARENTING PLAN SINCE MY EX?

WONT AGREE ON SUMMER VISITATION AND TRANSPORTATION?Should i GET A GUARDIAN OF ITEM FOR MY PARENTING PLAN SINCE MY EX?
It's called ';Guardian ad litem'; (Guardian for litigation purposes) %26amp; you don't need one for that. Just get the case before a judge or mediator %26amp; it'll get resolved.Should i GET A GUARDIAN OF ITEM FOR MY PARENTING PLAN SINCE MY EX?
If you and your ex cannot agree on summer visitaiton and transportation, then the court will impose a decision. A gaurdian ad litem (GAL) will be appointed by the court, if the court deems it necessary. Based upon your question, it doesn't seem likely that court will see that it will be necessary to have a GAL.

If your proposed parenting plan is reasonable, the court may approve it. If you are being unreasonable, then the court may create a solution and impose it. In either event, you can file a motion with the court asking that the court make a decision on the matter. Provide a copy of your proposed parenting plan and provide your reasons for why the court should adopt your proposed plan. You will also need to request a hearing on your motion. The court will then conduct a hearing and allow your ex to respond. Thereafter the court will decide whether to accept your proposed plan, or your ex's proposed plan, or whether it will establish a plan of its own.

Be sure to review the courts rules of procedure so that you can follow their rules for filing documents.
