How do you convince your parents to let you bring a friend on a family vacation?

My family is going away this weekend to digby but my parents really want this to be a family vacation , but its so boring , and i asked my friend if she wanted to come and she asked her mom and her mom said yes .

we made up a list of why she should come but i can't get my parents to say yes .

any ideas how to ? How do you convince your parents to let you bring a friend on a family vacation?
You were wrong to ask your friend if she wanted to come before discussing it with your parents.

You're also being a brat by making a list of why she should come as ammunition against your parents.

You haven't considered the situation from your parents point of view.

There will be additional costs involved and additional responsibility as your friend would be in your parents care.

So I guess you'll just go without your friend, and probably spend the whole time making everyone miserable because you didn't get your way....right?

Course, you could surprise them, and be mature, and help everyone have the very best family vacation ever!!! How do you convince your parents to let you bring a friend on a family vacation?
family vacations r really meant 4 the immedi8 family. this is a time when u all can relax %26amp; get away from everything %26amp; even renew yer bonds.
Tell your parents that you'll just be annoying them on the trip the whole time, your friend is well behaved, she has her own money and that you'll be really bored.
Just go. I think they are ready to tell you something very important %26amp; they don't want your friend to be witness of that.

Otherwise they wouldn't have a problem with your friend going.
tell them you will be bored and that your friend will pay for all her own stuff, but you also have to think that your parents just want to spend time with you
tell her that you see her as a sister and you want her to have fun with your family and share your happy times together.
Uhhhh, make her pay for the trip
