What age can a child in Ohio legally choose which divorced parent to live with?

My parents have joint custody and I want to get full custody with my mom. What age would I have to be to do this? What age can a child in Ohio legally choose which divorced parent to live with?
You maybe confused with the terms, Joint custody refers to who gets to make the decision about you鈥檙e up bringing, but even under joint, a custodial parent is appointed i.e. the parent which is your residency

When you age you have a right to request who your custodial parent maybe i.e. who you live with, but you do not have the right to request one parent to be removed from all decisions in regard to your up bringing i.e. the joint custody that is solely a judges orderWhat age can a child in Ohio legally choose which divorced parent to live with?
I think at like 12yrs old.. Go to your mom and ask her to talk to a lawyer for you.
There is no set age, but if you are in you teens, this is possible.
