How can I let my parents board in another country?

I really, really, really want to board in America for my last 3 years of high school. Only problem is, I am from Australia, and still live there with my parents. I want to board because I am really interested in doing well at school, and I think the schools in America are outstanding. I also think boarding will be a great experience for later on in life. How can I convince my parents to let me board?How can I let my parents board in another country?
tell them how you feel about it, because obviously youre quite serious about studying. make sure you tell them why the schools are so much better there.

dont go too hard on them if they say no though, i mean, yes its great if it means you achieve a better result in the end, but;

a- your parents probably would hate to not see you so often

b- be worried sick every night and wondering if youre ok

c- not be able to afford for you to board in america.. it is quite expensive..

and d- what happens if after your 3 years you decide to come home? will your achievements be acknowledged here in aus? will you have any money to do anything? and what do you want to do later in life? is it really going to matter a few marks here or there?

i think it would be a great experience to go to school in another country but its not the end of the world if it doesnt happen, you can always go after school. :)How can I let my parents board in another country?
It will cost $$$$ to do this. Boarding school fees plus international school fees and airfare will equal around 30K Australian per year. Unless your parents are earning over 180K a year and you are their only child it will be unlikely that you will be able to convince them.
express in words to your parents !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
